Tamiluku En Ondrai Aluthavum commenced its production journey in the hands of V. Chandran, who operated under the banner of V. Chandran Productions. The film marked the directorial debut of Ramprakash Rayappa, who was also responsible for the screenplay and the story of the film. S. Thaman, a composer known for his work in the South Indian film industry, scored the music for this film. 

Deepak Kumar Pathy was the man behind the camera, bringing the film’s vision to life with his cinematography. The editing was managed by Praveen K.L. The film was distributed by Red Giant Movies, and was released in cinemas on 20 February 2015.
